Studio Workspaces
Studio workspaces are for shared instructor content. Sign in, join the studio, and keep the studio plan active to use shared routines and moves.

- Troubleshooting locked studio content
Membership and access
Studio invite links open a preview, then let the user join after sign-in. If someone cannot open a studio routine or move, confirm they are signed in and joined to the right studio.
Studio features can be locked when the studio plan is inactive. Owners can manage the plan; other instructors may need the owner to restore access.
Sharing routines
Mark a routine as Studio to share it with the workspace. Updating the routine updates the shared version. Making it Private removes it from the studio library.
Only the instructor who shared a routine can update that share. Studio admins can pin routines so important class plans stay visible.
Sharing folders
From the iPhone timer library, a folder context menu can Share Folder with Studio or Make Folder Private. Use this when every routine in a folder should follow the same sharing choice.
Moving a shared routine to another folder updates the studio share so folder organization stays aligned.
Shared moves
Studio moves can appear alongside local moves when a member has access and has chosen to show studio moves.
Use shared moves to keep names, categories, springs, and teaching notes consistent across instructors.
Watch and schedule context
Eligible studio routines can appear on Apple Watch separately from your personal routines. Studio classes can also reference assigned routines in the studio schedule.
If a studio routine link does not open, confirm the user is signed in, joined to the correct studio, and that the studio plan is active.
