Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Reform Cue on the website, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Android, Wear OS, and Garmin. By using Reform Cue, you agree to these terms.
Using Reform Cue
- Reform Cue provides tools for planning, timing, and sharing workouts and classes.
- You are responsible for the timer content, class plans, music links, notes, prompts, and studio information you create or share.
- You must use Reform Cue only in a lawful way and in a way that does not interfere with the service or other users.
Accounts and Studios
- Some features require an account, including your private class library, studio tools, subscriptions, shared studio routines, and notifications.
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity that happens through your account.
- If you create or manage a studio, you are responsible for instructor invites, member access, studio content, and any content shared with that studio.
- Deleting a studio-owner account also deletes that studio's shared team content and integrations. Export anything you need first and coordinate with your team.
Timers and Shared Links
- Public timer links can be opened by anyone who has the link, including people outside your studio or account.
- Do not include private, sensitive, or confidential information in timer names, notes, spring notes, movement notes, or public share links.
- A shared routine opens in Reform Cue when the recipient has the app; otherwise it opens on the website.
Health and Fitness Use
- Reform Cue is a timing and class-planning tool, not medical advice, professional health advice, or a substitute for instructor judgment.
- You are responsible for choosing appropriate exercises, durations, spring settings, recovery periods, and class plans for yourself or your clients.
- Stop exercising and seek appropriate professional help if a workout causes pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms.
AI and Generated Routines
- AI routine generation is optional and may produce incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate routines.
- You must review and edit generated routines before teaching, sharing, or relying on them.
- Do not submit confidential, sensitive, or regulated information in AI prompts.
Subscriptions and Purchases
- Apple or Google handles studio subscriptions and other purchases made in its respective app.
- Subscription availability, pricing, trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the store terms that apply to your purchase.
- Deleting a Reform Cue account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription in the applicable store first.
- Some studio features require an active studio subscription.
Acceptable Use
- Do not copy the service, collect information from it automatically, overwhelm it, interfere with it, or get around its security.
- Do not upload, share, or transmit unlawful, infringing, abusive, misleading, or harmful content.
- Do not use Reform Cue to send unwanted invitations, messages, or notifications.
Availability and Changes
- Reform Cue may change, pause, or discontinue features as the product or legal requirements change.
- We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- We may update these terms, and the effective date shows when this version took effect.
Disclaimers and Liability
- Reform Cue is provided as-is and as-available to the extent allowed by law.
- To the extent allowed by law, Reform Cue is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, injuries, or claims arising from your workout programming or use of timers.
- Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or liability limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
