Share Timers
There are two sharing paths: a public web timer link for anyone with the URL, and studio sharing for instructors inside the same studio workspace.
- Sending a routine to another instructor
- Opening a shared timer on iPhone
- Choosing between public links and studio visibility
Public web links
The Share action creates a web URL for the current routine. The URL opens in a browser and can also open Reform Cue on iPhone for import.
Use public links for handoff, testing, or distributing a specific class plan to someone who is not in your studio workspace.
- 1Open a routine card or detail view.
- 2Tap Share.
- 3Wait for the link to publish.
- 4Send the URL through the iOS share sheet.
Opening a shared routine on iPhone
Open the shared link on iPhone to import the routine into Reform Cue.
After import, review the name, folder, springs, and notes before teaching if the source routine needs studio-specific changes.
Public link versus studio sharing
A public share link can be opened by anyone who receives the URL.
Studio sharing is for instructors in the same studio workspace. Use it when the routine should live in the studio library instead of being sent around as a public link.
Studio sharing
If you belong to an active studio workspace, a routine can be marked Studio. Studio routines appear in the shared studio routine library for eligible instructors.
Making the routine Private removes your studio share. You can also share or privatize an entire folder from the folder context menu.
Studio routine and move links require the recipient to be signed in and joined to the studio.
